In celebration of the Omani Tree Day, and to encourage students to serve their  community and its people, the group of Biotechnology from the Center of Students Excellence at the University of Nizwa organized on Sunday, October 31, 2021 a visit to the Child Growth House Kindergarten in Barakat Al Mouz in Nizwa 

 

This visit came to celebrate the Omani Tree Day, which falls on the 31st of October. The group provided 100 seedlings for the kindergarten, and helped the children to plant them in cups, To inculcate the value of the tree in children and its importance to the environment.

It is noteworthy that the University of Nizwa arranged such visits to enhance cooperation with the community.
