Linguaskill placement test Instructions for students:

• Students should be at the university campus 1 hour before their test starts.
• Students must bring their ID card and/or University card.
• Students must find their test venue as mentioned in the message/email.
• Students must check their names against the door of the correct examination hall.
• Students are not allowed to bring their mobiles or smart watches inside the examination hall.
• All notes and papers should be left outside the examination hall.
• Handbags must be placed at the front of the hall.
• Late students will not be given extra time. If you are 30 minutes late, you will not be allowed to do the test.
• Students are allowed to bring a clear plastic bottle of water.
• The test duration is 3 hours. The test consists of 2 parts:

o   Part 1 (writing test) 45 minutes. Students should start with the writing exam. Type in the writing exam code correctly to start the first part of the test

o   Part 2 (reading & listening). When you finish the writing exam, you can start the reading and listening exam by typing in the reading and listening code.

• Once students start the exam, they cannot leave the examination hall until they finish both parts 1 and 2.
• If students face problems during the exam, they should speak to the invigilators.
• When students finish the exam, they must inform the invigilators in order to leave the examination hall.
