Received a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Auckland, New Zealand in 2012, an M.S. in Engineering Sciences from the GIK Institute of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan in 2004, and a B.S. in Mathematics from the B.Z. University, Pakistan in 2002. Before joining the University of Nizwa, Dr. Qureshi was an Associate professor at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia, and an Assistant professor at G.I.K Institute of Engineering sciences and Technology, Pakistan. His research interests are Numerical Solutions for Ordinary and Partial Differential equations
