Dr. Mitra Mesgar is a passionate educator, researcher, and expert in integrating artificial intelligence and technology into language teaching. With a Ph.D. in English Studies and Linguistics from UKM University, Malaysia, she has extensive experience in curriculum design, academic writing, and teacher training. Currently teaching at the University of Nizwa, Dr. Mesgar is dedicated to enhancing language education through innovative methods, including AI-assisted learning and online platforms. She has played a key role in program development, incorporating tools like ChatGPT to foster critical thinking and engagement in the classroom. Her research focuses on technology-mediated task-based teaching, online learning strategies, and AI-driven pedagogy. With over two decades of experience in higher education, Dr. Mesgar has trained students and educators worldwide, conducted professional development workshops, and contributed to academic research on AI in education.
