I believe that every learner has a unique character, learning styles and learning adaptation. As such, an educator must know how to convey learning through the use of various teaching strategies, modalities and approaches to make learning more meaningful. Similarly, teaching is not solely concentrated on a contextual basis or approach, instead, teaching should be transformational where it brings out the best in every learner to maximize his or her potential in his or her chosen career.
