Managed and developed the department to ensure it achieved excellence in Teaching, Learning, and Assessment; promoted the highest level graduate attributes in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the OAAA and with respect to the department`s stakeholders. Provided leadership and strategic direction in close coordination with the Dean of Faculty, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, and Registrar; responsible to the Dean of Faculty. Member of: College Academic Board, Curriculum and Study Plan Committee, Promotion Committee, Examination and Evaluation Committee, Academic Staff Employment Committee, Quality Assurance and Risk Management Committee, Appeals Committee, and Student Grievance Committee. Oversight of the following Department-level Sub-Committees: Examination and Evaluation, Curriculum and Study Plan, Teaching/Learning Resources, Extracurricular, Quality Assurance and Risk Management.

Duties included designing and developing course curricula, standardizing the teaching, learning and assessment methods across all courses, writing exams, overseeing moderation of exams, supervising exam invigilators, supporting course instructors. Member of: Quality Assurance and Risk Management Committee, Examination and Evaluation Committee.
