Received his Ph.D. in Modern Arabic Language from The English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad, in 1986, his M.A. in Arabic Language from the University of Kashmir in 1982, and his B.A. in English, Arabic, Urdu & Economics from the same university in 1980. His research interests are: Language and Literature, Translation and Interpretation, Islamic Thought, Morals and Morality, Education, The Muslim World, The Arab World, Modern Oman, and Relations Between Muslim & Non-Muslim
