Iman Al Hajri is the Quality Management Officer in the Foundation Institute at The University of Nizwa. Her main area of interest is in Applied Linguistics and English as a Lingua Franca and its pedagogic implications. Al Hajri holds a bachelor`s degree from the University of Nizwa, Oman. Further, she completed over 10 MA courses focused on Applied Linguistics at the University of Vienna, Austria. She has extensive experience in teaching English as a Foreign Language to students at University level. Additionally, Al Hajri has gained experience in both coordinating and teaching TOEFL preparation courses and has contributed towards writing Assessment and Supplementary English language materials for the Foundation Institute. Al Hajri is passionate about languages and speaks 3 fluently. She is currently learning German in her free time.
