Ceremony of Appreciation for FI Staff

The Foundation Institute Organizes a Ceremony of Appreciation for its Staff

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Al Kindi, Chair of the Foundation Program Board; Professor Dr. Ismail Abdulmunem, Member of the Foundation Program Board, and Dr. Ahmed Al Rahbi, Director of the Foundation Institute, a ceremony of appreciation was organized with the presence of all the Foundation Institute Staff.

This ceremony was in recognition of teachers in the English Language Program for their completion of the Train the Trainer course run by Cambridge Assessment English. Sixteen instructors successfully completed a 30-hour course teacher training course and were presented with certificates of completion.

Added to this, Foundation Institute Instructors in both the English Language Program and Special Programs were also awarded certificates of appreciation for their initiatives in conducting professional development workshops to fellow colleagues, and their contributions towards the development and enhancement of the Foundation Program in all levels.

Foundation Institute instructors were also recognized with certificates of appreciation for sharing their expertise in teaching with new Omani graduates who were recruited as instructors at the Institute.

The ceremony ended with Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Al Kindi acknowledging the hard work and efforts of all Foundation Institute staff, and their contributions towards the success of the Foundation Institute.
