Instructions for library users
The library is a quiet place for reading, studying and researching, and in order to provide better library services, kindly you are requested to adhere to the following rules:
- Comply with the rules and regulations for the behavior controls stipulated in the university bylaws.
- Keep quiet inside the library premises.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited inside the library (only bottle water is allowed).
- Use the silent mode on mobile phones.
- Commitment to the uniform stipulated in the University bylaws, and the staff has the right to prevent any users wearing inappropriate clothes from entering the library.
- Use your earphones when using computers and phones.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and not disclosing it, bearing all responsibilities if it is used by others.
- No personal belongings should be left inside the library. The library is not responsible in case of losing it.
- Correct use of library equipment, collectibles, and furniture, to protect it from damage or malfunctions.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the place and not leaving waste and water bottles on tables or between shelves, and they must be thrown in the places designated for them.
- Adherence to intellectual property rights when using scientific sources, photographing, copying or citing them.
- Cooperate with the library staff and follow their instructions and directions, as they are there to serve you.
- The library is equipped with security surveillance cameras.
- Do not damage Library books and journals, by removing pages or portions of pages, marking, highlighting, or underlining text, folding pages or bindings, or removing electronic inserts.
- Dealing with Library Staff and visitors in the best way to create an environment of mutual respect.
- Anyone who refuses to comply with the policy will be asked to leave the building, and it might result in the loss of the Library privileges. Some violations to this policy will be subject to legal actions.
