Arabic Language Training Course for Non-Arabic Speaking Staff at the University of Nizwa

As part of its ongoing efforts to foster a collaborative work environment and enhance staff competencies, the University of Nizwa, in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Center, organized a specialized Arabic language training course for non-Arabic speaking employees. The three-day course took place from December 7 to 9, 2025, and aimed to equip participants with essential Arabic language skills to improve communication with colleagues and students across the university.

The training covered key topics such as introductions, common administrative and academic terminology, and everyday conversational skills. The course adopted a dynamic approach that combined theoretical instruction with interactive activities, creating an engaging and motivating learning atmosphere.

This initiative aligns with the university’s vision to promote cultural and linguistic understanding, foster inclusivity, and enhance institutional performance through effective communication.
